Overview: A fruit driven, medium-bodied red wine. Designed for enjoyment on release, it will, however, benefit from short-term aging. Tasting Notes: Blackberry and cigar box aromas mingle with a touch of sweet vanilla. The palate is soft and warm with lightly coating tannins. Red berry fruit combines with a touch of spicy oak. Recommended Cellaring: 2-3 years Production Notes: The grapes were harvested in late March - early April and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The blend was assembled early in the new year after several months ageing in French and American barriques. Grapes: 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot

Overview: A rich, intensely flavoured, Sauvignon Blanc that proves a versatile partner for many dishes. Tasting Notes: The aromas of lemon and melon combine with hints of grass and flint. Sweet tropical notes of pineapple and passion fruit are joined by apples, lemon and a focusing, grassy edge. This is a rich and mouth filling wine, strongly flavoured with a firm lingering finish. Production Notes: The grapes were crushed and pressed at our Auckland winery upon receival. To enhance the varietal flavour expression, fermentation took place in refrigerated stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures using a variety of yeasts. After six months ageing on lees the blend was assembled and bottled in September . Recommended Cellaring: 0-2 years (6 x 75 cl)

Tasting Notes: A rich and heady perfume of spice, Doris plum and ripe banana evolve from the glass and spill onto the palate which is warm and generous with sweet fruit and savoury, earthy notes. Soft with fine tannins, this wine leaves with a lingering impression of chocolate and plum pudding (6 x 75 cl)
Overview: A perfect ripening period from February through March coupled with the free draining shingle soils of our Gimblett Road vineyard, delivered clean and deliciously perfumed fruit. Tasting Notes: A perfumed nose redolent with rose and lychee, leads on to a richly flavoured spicy palate. The pure fruit flavour and a good acid/sugar balance give an off-dry feel and contribute to the lingering finish. Production Notes: The fruit was hand picked on the 17th March at 23 brix and crushed. After a period of skin contact for flavour extraction, the fruit was pressed and the juice fermented in stainless steel using a variety of yeasts and ferment temperatures. The wine was then allowed to develop for several months prior to bottling. Grapes: 100% Gewürztraminer Recommended Cellaring: 0-5 years (6 x 75 cl)
A rich and weighty wine showing evidence of very ripe fruit. Flavours of citrus and pineapple are overlaid with a subtle oak and nutty complexity from barrel fermentation and lees ageing. Long and complex, this wine will develop with careful cellaring. (12 x 75 cl)
