This red wine is packed with fruit and lightly oaked. Red and black fruit aromas are mirrored on the pallet. The full ripe fruit gives this wine an innate complexity.
Maturation and Vinification The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are hand harvested in mid-February from 13 year old vineyards in the Wellington area. They are then destalked and lightly crushed. The grapes are then fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 25-27ºC. The wine is then refined and then aged in French oak barrels for 12 months before bottling.

Tasting Notes The ripe supple fruit with a complex bouquet of green apple, pear, grass and hints of tropical fruit, The mouth feel has a lovely ripeness about it, with green pepper notes gliding gently through to the finish. Suitable for everyday drinking and perfect as an aperitif. Maturation and Vinification The Sauvignon grapes are hand harvested in February and immediately transferred to the winery for destalking, light crushing followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures . Clean, crisp and very drinkable. Rich and full, ripe fruit with well focused pear, fig and melon among the complex layers of flavour. Maturation and Vinification The Chardonnay grapes are hand harvested in February from 13 year old vines in the Wellington area. The grapes are immediately transferred to the winery for destalking and light crushing. They are then fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The resulting wine is fined and cold stabilised at minus 4ºC. (12 x 75 cl)

Prominent plum with mulberry undertones and uncomplicated tannin make this wine supple enough for early drinking. A wine for a wide range of dishes, especially lamb and veal. Maturation and Vinification The Merlot grapes are hand harvested in mid-February from 8 year old vineyards in the Wellington area. They are then destalked and lightly crushed. The grapes are then fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 25-27ºC followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is then refined and cold stabilised before bottling. Tasting Notes The Linton Park Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve has immense flavour and concentration thanks to its long period in different types of oak. Blackberry fruit, broad mouthfeel and great length. Maturation and Vinification The grapes are hand harvested at the end of February from 28 year old vines in the Wellington wine growing area. The grapes are destalked, lightly crushed and then transferred to stainless steel tanks for fermentation at controlled temperatures. The wine is then transferred into American oak barrels for 12 months. The best 15 barrels are selected and then aged for another 12 months in 4th use French oak barrels. (6 x 75 cl)

This Shiraz has all the satisfying aromas you would expect from a classic Shiraz, starting on the nose with aromas of fresh ground pepper, cinnamon, raspberry and hints of vanilla for extra complexity.
