More recently, Lasierpe (like many traditional Spanish producers) has undergone a winemaking revolution in order for its wines to compete internationally. A modern winery has been developed with huge investment in oak and technology. A crisp, lively, citrus laced white with hints of apple and melon fruit. Well balanced, fresh and enticing.
