Production is small, with a 'hands on' approach in the vineyard and minimal handling in the winery. Made exclusively from Pinot Noir it the grapes come from small vineyards that yield small parcels of fruit. The grapes are harvested and vinified seperately in stainless steeel, temperature controlled tanks with the greatest care possible to respect the delicate, fruity characters. During the fermentation the wine is racked off the skins before too much colour or tannin is extracted and rested in steel tanks until blending, filtering and bottling. Possesses a lightly aromatic, juicy nose of strawberries with hints of crushed leaves. The palate is dry, light and fruity with a mouthwatering layer of red fruits covering its vivacious, mineral acidity that lends elegance and poise to the long, crisp finish.
