This Sparkling Rose is a soft pink colour with a fine and persistent mousse while the lemon citrus aromas of Chardonnay are in harmony with the fresh strawberry and red currant characters of Pinot Noir. Showing generous red berry and citrus fruit flavours that enrich the palate with creamy yeast autolysis that provide both depth and flavour, while the wine finishes soft and round, with lingering berry flavours.
