Domaine Pascal Prunier-Bonheur is run by husband and wife team Pascal and Christine. They own just 6 hectares between them, however, despite being based in the village of Meursault, they do not yet own any of these precious soils themselves. Pascal's brother, on the other hand, owns a nice plot in the well placed 'les Clous Dessous' which Pascal farms, harvests and vinifies. From his vineyard Pascal produces very stylish wines, showing good depth, complexity, and mineral 'fraicheur'. His style on reds is pure, elegant and fruit-driven with good volume and beautifully rounded tannins. (12 x 75 cl)

A well-balanced Pinot Noir showing fresh strawberry fruit on the palate while the oak ageing is evident. Rich and complex there is length on the finish. (6 x 75 cl)

The limpid, greeny-gold white wines of Auxey produce aromas of Reinette apples, fresh almonds, white flowers and hazelnut. They are characterised by suppleness, subtly enlivened by a fairly discreet acidity. Supple in the mouth, with fairly good persistence. (6 x 75 cl)
Superb red from the highly regarded brothers Andre and Bernard Labry. This estate presents samples of various soil types for those interested in the soil-related characteristics of Burgundy wines. Located in the hamlet of Melin, towards Nolay. (6 x 75 cl)

This wine proves the old saying that the more difficult to pronounce the better the value in Burgundy. Drinking superbly with length and structure. (12 x 75 cl)
