Patrick Vauvy`s Domaine Bellevue took over the family Domaine in 1991. Today the Domaine has 18 hectares of vineyards planted with Sauvignon Blanc, Gamay, Cabernet Franc, and small amounts of Chardonnay and Cot. Golden Yellow coloured wine with wonderfully rich, intense and appealing exotic fruit flavours on the nose. The palate is full of elegant Sauvignon fruit, so ripe that it is almost creamy complementing the great finish.
