The Famiglia Bianchi Cabernet Sauvignon is a classic Cabernet Sauvignon with an intense red/purple colour and appealing perfumes of berries, spice, cedar and chocolate. On the palate, the wine is rich and full-bodied, with spicy berry and cedar flavours. Nicely balanced tannins and fruit give way to a long finish.

The Particular Malbec has the intensity and silkiness characteristic of good Malbec. Good depth of colour and attractive perfumes of red fruits, violets and tobacco, with vanilla and spices on the palate. Rounded ripe tannins, full-bodied fruit and a long, intense finish. The Bianchi family winery was founded in 1928 by Italian immigrant Valentin Bianchi and now covers 350 hectares of vineyard. It is run by the third generation, headed by Enzo Bianchi. Until recently a sleeping giant that was dependent largely on the domestic market, they have undergone a gradual transformation and modernisation in the past few years. (12 x 75 cl)

The Particular Cabernet Sauvignon has a good intensity, with deep colour and attractive perfumes of red fruits, particularly blackcurrant and plums. Full-bodied on the palate, with ripe tannins rounded out by the addition of the plummy Merlot and Syrah , this wine has nicely balanced oak and fruit, with a long finish (12 x 75 cl)
