Dezzani Brachetto D'Acqui DOCG Piedmont from Italy, Piemonte by Fratelli Dezzani SRL Cocconato (6 x 75 cl)

Produced from 100% Barbera grapes from the Nizza, Monferrato area. The grapes are hand harvested at the beginning of October and fermented at controlled temperatures. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for 12 months. Elegant, persistent and complex on the nose with hints of blackberry, dried plum and green peppers. Full bodied and well structured on the palate with mature tannins. An excellent example of how Dezzani can mature over time. (6 x 75 cl)

Taking its name from the historic term for a 'small hill', this 13-hectare estate is situated in the denominated zone of Roero. Floral and acacia honey notes, this is a light, fruity, elegant style (6 x 75 cl)

Pleasant & intense with a garnet/ruby-red colour. Notes of violets, vanilla and herbs such as oregano. (6 x 75 cl)

Produced from 100% Cortese grapes that are manually harvested and vinified at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The Dezzani Gavi DOCG has ripe peach and almond fruit on the nose with a full persistent and balanced taste. (12 x 75 cl)

Dezzani predominantly use the Michet clone of the Nebbiolo in their production of Barolo. Whilst the Michet is a grape, which is not as adaptable to most soil types as other clones of the Nebbiolo, the wines produced from this clone have a greater intensity of aromas and flavours. Garnet red in colour with fragrance of violet, pepper and spices. Full and harmonious on the palate with excellent tannins thanks to the obligatory 2 years in oak. Excellent value for money. The territory of Arnesis gives its name to this excellent dry wine. The wine has a delicate yellow straw colour with greenish reflections. It has a fine and complex perfumed aroma with a pleasent harmoniously dry but not too dry, slightly tangy aftertaste giving freshness to the taste buds.
