Lovely honeyed, floral perfume with broad evocative flavours. Stylish on the palate with good weight, full acidity and classic, racy, mineral Chablis character. Good ageing potential. (12 x 75 cl)
Enjoying an excellent south-east aspect, this premier cru vineyard produces wines of exceptional quality. Dry and steely but also with fruit and finesse. (12 x 75 cl)
Produce of a clever piece of blending from the various terroirs in Chablis, it is a perfect example of what can be done in our region. It is a pure and authentic wine. Indeed, this wine has been vinified and aged in stainless steel tanks to retain all its freshness and mineral character, which are so typical of Chablis wines. (12 x 75 cl)
An excellent negociant house, the company was founded in 1849 and, although it now benefits from the technical expertise as part of the Boisset group, members of the family are still involved in the running of the winery. The style of the wines strikes a nice balance between modern and traditional Burgundian winemaking. From well-exposed hillsides this 1er Cru is limpid, fresh and fruity with mineral overtones. The superior first growth classification is revealed with a wine of added complexity and dimension. (6 x 75 cl)
