The wine uses grapes only selected from the DOC reigion and are re-fermented in pressurised tanks at controlled temperatures using local yeasts selected to highlight the typical characteristics of Carpene Malvolti wines. Fine and fruity on the nose, full-flavoured yet delicate, fresh and appealing. (6 x 75 cl)

The Frizzante is dry, soft, scented and grapey, a real revelation for Prosecco. Perhaps because of this it has been a huge success since we introduced it almost two years ago: sales are three times higher than they were with our previous Prosecco. A delicious, easy drinking lightly sparkling style of Prosecco with a mischievous sapidity as an Italian might say. The nose suggests blanched almonds, white flowers and pearskin; the palate is soft and clean with apple and quince fruit flavours with a naturally off-dry finish. (12 x 75 cl)
