Clear pale yellow colour, with enticing aromas of fresh grapes, together with other fruits and flowers . Voluptuous and slightly sweet on the palate. The Parellada grape, the best traditional white variety found in Torres highest vineyards, produces fruity, aromatic wines with moderate alcoholic strength, such as San Valentin. (12 x 75 cl)

Chardonnay and Parellada are blended after careful fermentation of a percentage in Limousin oak barrels, thus retaining the character of each variety. The result is a magnificent, intense wine. Thanks to the presence of the Chardonnay, the wine is intensely aromatic and full-bodied, with a profusion of flowery notes over a fruity background and a hint of fennel. On the palate the wine has a long aftertaste and is silky with an elegant fullness. A touch of vanilla in the finish is indicative of the wine's short ageing in French oak. (12 x 75 cl)

The Particular Malbec has the intensity and silkiness characteristic of good Malbec. Good depth of colour and attractive perfumes of red fruits, violets and tobacco, with vanilla and spices on the palate. Rounded ripe tannins, full-bodied fruit and a long, intense finish. The Bianchi family winery was founded in 1928 by Italian immigrant Valentin Bianchi and now covers 350 hectares of vineyard. It is run by the third generation, headed by Enzo Bianchi. Until recently a sleeping giant that was dependent largely on the domestic market, they have undergone a gradual transformation and modernisation in the past few years. (12 x 75 cl)
