This wine has a bright, pale-straw colour with green highlights. On the nose there are scents of green apple and forest fruits combined with bready, yeast scents that come from the sur Lie ageing. The palate is fresh and invigorating with crisp acidity and ample, green apple fruit character, and a herbaceous complexity. This wine would be perfect as an aperitif, but also has enough flavour to make an excellent accompaniment to fish dishes, white meats, or a summer salad. (12 x 75 cl)
