The 25 hectare estate, owned by the Duffort family, is located in the communes of Cuers and Puget-Ville just north-east of Toulon and was formerly a convent. Salmon pink colour, very aromatic and elegant with dominant fruit flavour of white peaches. Chateau de Roquefort is a small 25 hectare vineyard in the heart of Provence to the east of Marseille owned by the de Villeneuve family since 1812 and now run by Raimond de Villeneuve according to the principles of biodynamic farming. A great organic blend of Grenache , Syrah , Cinsault , Carignan and Clairette is cool macerated and the free run juice cool fermented to produce this beautiful, coral pink rose.
