Description:
Rich purple hues with an aromatic bouquet with plenty of red fruits dominant. Concentrated nose, reminiscent of black cherries on the "garrigue". Accompanies grilled meats and lamb dishes.
The 25 hectare estate, owned by the Duffort family, is located in the communes of Cuers and Puget-Ville just north-east of Toulon and was formerly a convent. Salmon pink colour, very aromatic and elegant with dominant fruit flavour of white peaches. Quite full in the mouth without being obviously fruity, aromatic and fresh with subtle acidity and crispness. (6 x 75 cl)
Chateau de Roquefort is a small 25 hectare vineyard in the heart of Provence to the east of Marseille owned by the de Villeneuve family since 1812 and now run by Raimond de Villeneuve according to the principles of biodynamic farming. A great organic blend of Grenache , Syrah , Cinsault , Carignan and Clairette is cool macerated and the free run juice cool fermented to produce this beautiful, coral pink rose. This perfect summer wine has delicate floral aromas, flavours of ripe redcurrants and wild strawberries and a dry, elegant finish. (12 x 75 cl)
Produced from vines over 20 years old this red wine is a blend of hand picked Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre. A full and fruity styled red this wine goes well with fine cuisine and continental food.
