The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are both hand- and machine-harvested from simple and lyre trellised vines in the Rapel Valley, planted in aluvial soils. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at temperatures controlled below 30 degrees for 7 to 10 days, with post-fermentation maceration on the skins for about the same amount of time to extract sufficient colour and tannins.
