TASTING NOTES The colour is pale gold with green highlights. The nose is mineral with notes of ripe white fruits, white flower and spices. The mouth is ample and the structure elegant with a good acidity. Rich and smooth, this wine reaches both fruity and mineral with long finals (12 x 75 cl)
The Classique Blanc is showing buttered apricots and limes with a whiff of fennel and aniseed, a blend of Roussanne , Rolle and Marsanne . A well-known estate taken over by Jean-Benoit Cavalier in 1984 which seems to be on the right tracks again after a few years in the doldrums. The vineyards are situated in the communes of Vacquieres and Corconne north east of the Pic Saint Loup. (12 x 75 cl)
