Description:
Organic, vegetarian. A Sauvignon with attitude! Unusually up-front with charming tropical fruit notes of apricot and mango, and soft sweet hints in the mouth, tempered by good acidity. Bronze Medal, Concours Vins Bios 2000.
Organic, vegetarian. A Loire Valley Chenin with just the right balance of ripe, fleshy fruit and keen, refreshing acidity. A nice golden colour, and complex aromas of acacia and citrus. Silver Medal, Concours Vins Bios 2000. (12 x 75 cl)
Organic, vegetarian. Francois Plouzeau's adhesion to Biodynamic principles enables him to bring the best from his fruit. In this instance a Cabernet with a lovely garnet red hue, a nose of violets and black fruit, good intensity and balance. It has soft a (12 x 75 cl)
Organic, vegetarian. Lovely salmon pink colour and very agreeable spicy/redcurrant aromas. A smooth, supple and very versatile dry rose made from Cabernet Franc. (12 x 75 cl)
Organic, vegetarian. From an estate that once belonged to the Duc de Richelieu, a fresh and well-balanced light red in which woodland fruit and peppery aromas intermingle happily. Warm and rounded with a rich cassis mouthfeel and a generous finish. (12 x 75 cl)
Very expressive and full of gooseberry fruit flavours. The bouquet is grassy and clean with a lovely racy, sweetish fruit flavour in the finish, one of the best in the appellation. (12 x 75 cl)
Beaujolais in style with the similar juicy crunchy flavours of peaches and damsons, but quite light in character with a firmer finish from being made in a more northerly region. Fresh and deliciously grapey. (12 x 75 cl)
Sweet, perfumed, red berry fruit on the nose, vibrant red cherry and blueberry fruit and lovely freshness on the palate, yet also good concentration for a Gamay. It has lovely purity, is silky smooth, concentrated but not heavy. (6 x 75 cl)
Provignage is the name given to the technique used originally to propagate the vines. This golden wine brings to mind apples, pears and white flowers, but also dried fruits, minerals and honey. The combined length, richness and complexity is fabulous (6 x 75 cl)
