The Cave des Producteurs in Fleurie has always been keen to adapt itself to technological evolutions and maintain its undisputed reputation for quality. The vineyard stretches over more than 400 hectars and comprises of different parcels of lands from its member wine growers. 70 % of the parcels are Fleurie 'Appellation controlee' and the Cave represents more than a third of all Fleurie A. C. The remaining part of the vineyard is located on the periphery of 'cru' Fleurie and is essentially made of Beaujolais-Villages and Beaujolais. (12 x 75 cl)

This wine has a delicate aroma of violets emphasised by a mineral finesse and complemented by silky tannins. This is said to be the most feminine of the Beaujolais crus. Signe Vigneron was established by Olivier Ravier in 1997 in order to produce and promote the wines of the Beaujolais area with good typicity from their respective areas. (12 x 75 cl)
