Vincent Bitouzet's is the current family member to inherit the 11 hectare domaine. Today it is composed of 3 hectares planted to Chardonnay and the remaining 8 to Pinot Noir. The harvest is done by hand then fermented and aged in barrel with extensive lees contact to develop richness and complexity. Usually not more than 20% of the cuvee will be exposed to new oak. Golden yellow colour the ageing on lees is evident in the hazelnut and vanilla aomas. Citrus fruit including lemon and mineral notes develop this well made wine that has length on the finish.
