This wine has been carefully produced from grapes, which have been laid out to dry and become concentrated. The result is rich, concentrated, full-bodied with a long finish. (6 x 75 cl)
Amarone is made mainly from Corvina, a grape with the highest quality grown at the foot of the south sides of the Alps. Once harvested the grapes are dried in the shade for three months, and fully mellowed ones are squeezed and fermented. Then, they are aged in casks for at least three years, finally bottled and marketed four years after harvest. Available in 1.5 Litre Magnum bottles. (1 x 1.5 Litres)
