The renowned dryland Schobers vineyard in South Australia's Clare Valley produces fruit of rare intensity and flavour which make this Clare Valley Sparkling Shiraz. Deep and mature red in colour, this wine has rich berry fruit aromas with a liquorice notes. A full bodied wine, yet soft, with a palate of ripe black plum fruit and subtle vanillin oak. Elegant tannins give this powerful wine balance and a clean slightly dry finish. Limited Availability.
Deep ruby red with purple hues and brilliant clarity, the nose displays red berry fruits with dark chocolate. Rich berry fruit flavours abound, supported by hints of mocha and spice, all balanced with fine, silky tannins.
Pale Straw in colour with green hues and brilliant clarity, the bouquet of the Leasingham Bin 7 Riesling shows citrus fruit with fresh lime and pineapple aromas. On the palate intense citrus fruit flavours are balanced by minerally acidity. A defined structure, fresh fruit flavours and a crisp, clean persistence characterise the palate.
