Ochoa is a family run business with Javier Ochoa being the winemaker and Alvaro Ochoa the sales director. This bodega has developed wines with great concentration and limited production from the historic winery dating back to the 1800's that is still used for oak maturation today. This wine is a blend of 55% Tempranillo, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Merlot and spends between 24 and 28 months in French and American oak. Red cherry colour. Clean and powerful nose. Blackberry aromas, with noble clean oak. Full-bodied, very well structured and a great balance between the fruit and the oak. (12 x 75 cl)
Ochoa Garnacha Rosado Navarra

Bodega de Sarria Moscatel Navarra
Generic Tasting Notes Golden yellow colour. Intense and complex nose, with raisin, peach and honeyed characters. Luscious yet crisp on the finish. Producer Notes A stunning estate in the Puente la Reina area of Navarra. Substantial new investment and the appointment of winemaker, Jesus Lezaun has brought the wines to a new level of excellence, with elegant packaging providing a very complete and exciting range of wines. Vinification This naturally sweet wine is made fron muscatel grapes from vieyards controlled by Senorio de Sarria. The vines are located in the southern Ribera Baja of Navarre, a superior setting for growing this grape variety because of its luminosity. After the crushing, the grapes undergo a low-pressure pressing process to obtain the free-run juice. The fermentation stops naturally at the exact moment of desired sugar concentration. (6 x 50 cl)
