Founded in 1983 and set in 400 Hectares of vineyards the Principe de Viana Bodegas Chardonnay grapes are carefully selected, then fermentation is carried out in new barrels of American oak, where the wine remains on the lees for three months. The result is a wine of great personality, very structured, fresh and fruity. Intense and complex, with clear wood contributions, it is a balanced and persistent wine with a nice finish.
Founded in 1983 and set in 400 Hectares of vineyards the Principe de Viana Bodegas Tempranillo has been aged during three months in barrels of American oak to obtain the typical Tempranillo characteristic personality. The result is a very interesting wine, with a red colour garnet robe that has glints of purple. The intense and clean nose is full of fruit aromas while the mouth is powerful, harmonic, persistent balanced with a good finish. (12 x 75 cl)

Generic Tasting Notes Pale yellow colour with an intense waxy, apple fruit character, crisp and lively with a rounded, integrated finish. Great purity of fruit and a good example of un-oaked chardonnay. Producer Notes A stunning estate in the Puente la Reina area of Navarra. Substantial new investment and the appointment of winemaker, Jesus Lezaun has brought the wines to a new level of excellence, with elegant packaging providing a very complete and exciting range of wines. Vinification A young wine made from 100% Chardonnay fruit. The location of the vineyards of Senorio de Sarria, some 500m above sea-level, provide the perfect conditions for growing the variety.Grapes are harvested ny hand and machine during September and October. The grapes are then pressed by pneumatic press . The must is then cooled to aid natural clarification for 16 hours, and then decanted and fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel at 16 degrees C for 12-15 days. (12 x 75 cl)

Vinification Grapes hand picked from selected plots in September-October. Only free run juice used in a tradtional fermentation with periodic remontage. Maceration lasts for 15-16 days. Individual parcels fermented separatley and blended after malolactic fermentation. Matured in 100% new American and French oak for three years. (6 x 75 cl)
