Taste: dry, rich, full, mellow flavour from which emerges an elegant slightly sharp taste with a good, well-balanced body. This cru embodies an elegance of particular refinement which is best appreciated around the September following the harvest.
Vinification and Refinement: red wine making with maceration on the skins for up to 8 ro 10 days in stainless steel tanks.
