The grapes are vinified in white. The must undergoes a slight cleaning by static settling. Beginning of fermentation is carried out by inoculation of selected yeasts at controlled temperature of 16-18º C. Then the product is cleaned and stocked in stainless steel tanks. A pleasant, balanced, harmonious and fruity wine of good structure with floral notes and hints of pear and apricot. (12 x 75 cl)

Organoleptic Description: dry white, aromatic, suitable for every occasion. Color: light straw-yellow, a little green. Bouquet: typical, delicate and fine. Taste: dry, intense and harmonious. Vinification and Production System: short maceration with the skins, immediate separation of the must, fermentation at controlled temperature , preservation in the thermoconditioned inox tanks, cold bottling in sterile bottling line. Area: North of lake Garda and Soave area. Vine: Pinot Grigio and Garganega grapes. The Vineyard: Pinot Grigio: valley to the north of lake Garda; Garganega Grape: hills of the Soave area. Pasqua MONTEVENTO DELLE VENEZIE Pink Pinot Grigio Veneto
The rosé colour comes from the brief contact of the clear juice with the skins while the grapes are being pressed prior to fermentation. The skin contact is just long enough to give the wine its amber pink color. Then, the must is separated from the skins and vinified in white. A pleasant, balanced, harmonious and fruity wine of good structure with floral notes and hints of pear and apricot. (12 x 75 cl)
