The carefully selected grapes are put in small wood crates and dried in ventilated rooms for about three month. When they reach the perfect grade of dryness they are pressed and fermented in warmed stainless steel tanks. The fermentation lasts for about 30 days and develops high alcohol contents. The wine is than aged in large oak casks for about three years. After bottling the wine refines for another 3 months. This treatment gives a rich, concentrated full-bodied style with silky mature fruit flavours and a long aftertaste. (6 x 75 cl)
Selection of the best grapes bunches coming from the vineyard estate “Montegradella”. Soft pressing with skin maceration for 8 – 10 days at controlled temperature. After pressing a 10% of the must is immediately extracted in order to get a better skin concentration for maceration with colour and tannins increase.After the Malolactic fermentation there is a refining for 24 months in oak casks and for further 4 months in the bottle. Intense red colour, fruity aromas and a slightly spicy finish. (6 x 75 cl)
The grapes of the 'Corte Bra' estate are carefully selected, put into small wood crates and dried in well ventilated rooms for about 3 month. When the best grade of dryness is reached, the grapes are selected again. Only the best grapes are used for the production of this wine. The fermentation in warmed stainless steel tanks lasts for about 30 days and develops high alcohol contents. Afterwards it is aged in large oak casks for 4 years and 12 month in barriques. After bottling the wine refines for a further 6 months. Intense garnet red colour, typical aroma with hints of red fruit jam, full flavoured and velvety, with spicy aftertaste enriched with vanilla.
Mostly Garganega grape, with a small amount of Trebbiano and aged in barrique for 3 months. This wine is fresh and fruity on the nose, dry and perfectly balanced on the palate. (12 x 75 cl)
