Owned by the Negociant Bichot, these wines are traditionally and expertly crafted. All the grapes are hand picked and spend 3 weeks fermentation in oak vats. The village wines are fermented in 70-80% new oak, and 100% new oak for the Grand Crus of Echezaux and Corton-Charlemagne. The result is fantastic quality, approachable, yet individual wines.
