WINEMAKER'S COMMENTS Fairly round and inviting. Nicely focused, with ripe, juicy raspberry fruit and hints of mocha and spice. Slightly firm around the edges, but there's plenty of fruit here to enjoy. VINIFICATION Hand harvested in small baskets, selected lots of grapes are used for this wine. With special vineyards conduction to obtain a deep flavour's concentration. The winemaking process is carried out in stainless steel tanks and macerated for 15 to 20 days. The new wine, after malolactic fermentation, is matured for 10 to 14 months in stainless steel tanks. AGING The wine is aged for twelve months in new oak. 70% American Oak & 30% French Oak barrels. This wine is aged 6 months in bottles before release. FINING & FILTRATION Prior to bottling, the wine is filtered with earth pads to achieve biological stabilization up to 1NTU and undergoes a strict microbiological control (12 x 75 cl)

Delicate aromas and flavours reminiscent of green apples, bananas, tropical fruits, coconut and vanilla. An easy-drinking, well-balanced wine with crisp acidity and honeyed notes. Great with chicken and creamy pasta dishes. (12 x 75 cl)

Intense ruby red with purple tints. Typical Syrah characteristics of spicy, brambly red fruits with well-concentrated flavours and soft sweet tannins. A velvety, rounded body with liquorice and spice on the long finish. Ideal with lamb dishes, chili con carne or empanadas. (12 x 75 cl)

Light yellow with green tints. Grapefruit, gooseberry and citrus fruits on the nose and palate. A soft, crisp wine with plenty of body and complexity. An ideal accompaniment to fish and chicken dishes or an excellent aperitif. (12 x 75 cl)

This wine is an intense, deep red cherry colour with a violet edge. Blackcurrant, peppery notes on the nose and palate with chocolate and vanilla. Well-structured in the mouth with an elegant finish. A perfect food-match to roast beef and grilled meats. (12 x 75 cl)

WINEMAKER'S COMMENTS Appearance: it is limpid and bright, with green and yellow undertones. Bouquet: the yeasts used are perfectly balanced with the Varietal characteristics of the basic wine. In time it evolves and gains complexity in the bottle. Taste: it has a gentle, soft, fresh taste, which is easy to drink. The aroma is complemented by the flavour and with the passage of time; this produces a quality sparkling wine. (12 x 75 cl)

Elegant Style, with lovely boysenberry and raspeberry fruit, and plenty of vanilla, spice and chocolate shadings too. Lengthy, focused finish. In the mouth a couple of layer's worth of cassis and cherry stir interest, Intense perfume of mature fruits, black pepper, coffee & mint. (12 x 75 cl)
