Purchased by Alexandre Relvas in 1997, the 175 ha Estate is located in the municipality of Redondo, Alentejo and 36 ha are planted with vines on clay-schist soils.
This wine is a blend of Aragones or Tempranillo as it is known locally, Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet and Cabernet Sauvignon. A lovely red coloured wine showing a powerful nose of sweet red berries, spice, vanilla and wood from the barrel ageing, on the palate it is well balanced showing a fine roundness and structure with a persistent finish.
Purchased by Alexandre Relvas in 1997, the 175 ha Estate is located in the municipality of Redondo, Alentejo and 36 ha are planted with vines on clay-schist soils. This wine is a blend of Aragones or Tempranillo as it is known locally, Trincadeira and Cabernet Sauvignon. The complex aromas of plum stand out while notes of toast from ageing in oak barrels are also evident. The aromas develop on the palate as the fine tannin structure offers round and balanced flavours leading to an enjoyable finish. (12 x 75 cl)

Established in 1937 Caves do Solar de Sao Domingos has been run since 1970 by Lopo de Sousa Freitas. The grapes are harvested manually and the traditional method of vinification is adopted with 6 months ageing in French oak barrels. This wine is a blend of Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheio, Jaen and Tinta Roriz and is a lovely ruby red colour. The berry aroma is evident with soft tannin and red fruit flavours that enhance this well balanced wine. (12 x 75 cl)

The grapes are harvested manually and the traditional method of vinification, has produced a deep red coloured wine. This wine is a blend of the traditional Baga grape with a little Castelao and Tinta Pinheira, while the fruity aromas and flavours are dominated by the Baga grape. (12 x 75 cl)
