The impeccable and charming Nicole Chanrion works the 6-hectare property, which has been in her family for many generations, almost single-handedly. From the steep granitic slopes of her vineyard, Nicole makes intensely flavoured, profound wines capable of great complexity with some bottle age (12 x 75 cl)
Cote de Brouilly may be one of the smallest Beaujolais communes, but it is the best sited on a hill marvellously exposed all day long to the Southern sun. Noted for its special nose. Fine and particularly well-balanced. (6 x 75 cl)
Situated on the flanks of the hill of Brouilly, this great terroir of blue porphyry gives the wines their finesse, elegance of fruit and a mineral freshness characteristic of granite soils. This exceptional wine shows a symphony of ripe red fruits complimented by its deep and vibrant colour. Signe Vigneron was established by Olivier Ravier in 1997 in order to produce and promote the wines of the Beaujolais area with good typicity from their respective areas. (6 x 75 cl)

Classic Brouilly where the ebullient, youthful Gamay fronts a rich, serious wine. Green practices and low yields lend this wine its more mineral backbone whilst the Gamay provides the classic strawberry and raspberry fruit aromas. The palate, marked by suppleness, fleshiness and finesse, has a peppery bite on the finish, which lifts it above the run-of-the-mill Gamay. Available in 37.5 cl Half Bottles. (12 x 37.5 cl)
