After 4 years in the famous Pannier cellars an elegant champagene with miniscule bubbles, fine mousse with a refined bouquet of white flowers and hazelnut has been produced. This is complemented by the long lingering finish showing both vitality and freshness.
Only the best Crus of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from exceptional vintages are used in the this blend. After spending 4 years in the famous Pannier cellars the initial freshness of this champagne reveals the sophisticated ageing process that has been undertaken. This is a salmon-pink coloured cuvee and is the result of a traditional blend to which Pannier's Cellar Master has added a touch of red wine from the vineyards of the Champagne area. This added touch of red wine gives this Rose Champagne a pleasant hint of ripe red fruits, including Cherry and Raspberry, while maintaining balance and finesse. The palate is dry and fruity showing hints of red fruits, peaches and liquorice culminating in an expressive finish. (6 x 75 cl)

This Champagne is produced by blending the grapes and letting nature taint the wine before it enters the famous Pannier cellars for a minimum of 3 years ageing. This method is called Saignee and only a handful of Houses where the quest for quality and savour permit the winemaker to take a risk in doing this. A faint pink almost Salmon couloured champagne this is a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. A real Rose full of fresh flavours with great sophistication and balance leading to an enjoyable and long finish. (6 x 75 cl)
