Errazuriz Pinot Noir displays ripe blackberry and floral aromas, while raspberry and black cherry flavours draw forward on the palate. Malolactic characters contribute a buttery richness. Vanilla and toast are well integrated with the floral notes on the finish. With proper cellaring, this wine should continue to improve in the bottle for about three years after vintage. (6 x 75 cl)

COLOUR: Beautiful bright strawberry red. AROMA: Fresh berries such as strawberries and raspberries. TASTE: Good complexity between fruit and a touch of oak, finishing with extremely good length VINIFICATION: 5 days maceration at 8ºC prior to fermentation with 'pigeage', which lasted 6 days. STORAGE: 22% of wine stored in French barrels for 12 months, then assembled with the remaining 78% in October (12 x 75 cl)
