Light straw in colour with complex aromas of citrus and nuts. These flavours continue on the palate, which is rich and creamy. Finishes elegantly with clean acidity and great freshness.
A pale straw colour, with lime-green highlights and a nose of floral aromas, with fresh spice, lime and mineral characters. The palate is crisp and steely with a fresh, dry finish. Excellent balance and length. (6 x 75 cl)
Pale straw in colour with a lively herbaceous note of green peas, fresh green peppers and tropical fruit. Varietally distinctive and light-bodied, the palate is crisp, juicy and refrshing, showing all the characters of top Sauvignon Blanc. (6 x 75 cl)
Shiraz has been part of viticulture in the Barossa Valley since the 1840s and is ideally suited to the district’s soils and climate. The fruit for this wine comes from the Miamba Vineyard, which is located on deep alluvial soils in the Lyndoch Valley district of the Barossa, in between the renowned Filsell and Cameron Vale Vineyards. The fruit was harvested at full ripeness at about 14.5° Baume. After crushing, the shiraz was fermented on skins for seven days in a combination of stainless-steel rotary and static fermenters and open concrete fermenters. After pressing and completion of fermentation, the wine was matured in new and older small American and some French oak for 18 months. This is a full-flavoured wine with excellent deep red colour and a touch of crimson. The bouquet shows spicy fruit flavours redolent of rich fruitcake, combined with vanillin oak characters. The palate is full and generous with excellent mid-palate weight and gentle tannins. Oak underpins the fruit richness. While the wine is drinking well on release it has the structure to improve for at least a decade of cellaring under good conditions. Limited Availability. (6 x 75 cl)

Grant has been experimenting successfully with this wine for a number of years and he is looking to produce a Barossa wine using some European winemaking techniques to further enhance the versatility of Barossa Shiraz, for which the area is renowned. The blend is 96% Shiraz and 4% Viognier, with the majority of the fruit sourced from Eden Valley. Delicate rose petals and honeysuckle characters combine with dried fruit and complex spice aromas creating an enticing nose. The palate is soft and approachable with generous plum and berry flavours, with a hint of white pepper, ginger and cardamom pods, well-integrated oak and fine, elegant tannins. (6 x 75 cl)
A bright straw coloured wine with varietal peach, melon and vanilla aromas which follow through on the palate. Partial malolactic fermentation and time on lees has offered buttery overtones and a soft, creamy texture. Fresh acidity balances this medium-bodied wine. (6 x 75 cl)
A lighter, softer style, cherry red in colour, with rose petal characters dominating the nose. Excellent fruit character with raspberry and mulberry on the palate, and savoury oak elements. Overall a firm, well-balanced and complex wine. 39% Grenache, 35% Shiraz, 26% Mourvedre (6 x 75 cl)
The Grant Burge 20 Year Old Tawny is a rich, mature wine showing deep tawny colour, complex rancio characters on the bouquet and excellent integration of spirit. The palate is sweet and mellow but finishes quite dry and shows a harmonious balance of developed fruit characters and oak tannins. This exceptional mature tawny is made from the Barossa's traditional tawny varieties (6 x 75 cl)
A fine mature tawny blended to an average age of 10 years, made from the Barossa's traditional tawny varieties, Grenache, Mataro and Shiraz. It is richly flavoured with Christmas cake characters. The palate is sweet and mellow but finishes quite dry and shows a harmonious balance of developed fruit characters and oak tanins. (6 x 75 cl)
