The Wine Sandeman Dry Seco is a young Fino, aged in a Solera of small casks for a minimum of three years. The wine matures in a Solera, under ''flor'' to become a pale straw yellow colour, with shades of green and gold. Light, fruity and delicate on the palate with a fresh, dry finish it is perfect as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to seafood. A rare example of classic Fino Sherry, this wine is selected from barrels within the Fino Solera of Sandeman’s bodegas. Some casks develop especially full and complex aromas and flavours, with colours in the tones of old gold. Very intense with pungent aroma influenced by flor. Reminiscent of mature white Burgundy the full flavours are complex and powerful in the mouth and crisp in the finish. A perfect accompaniment to seafood, oriental cuisine, or sushi, Sandeman Rare Fino is a good match to salty appetisers, or classic as an aperitif. (6 x 50 cl)

The Wine DRY DON is a premium wine, with the elegance of an original dry amontillado it combines the best of the Sherry world: the aromatic fragrance of finos with the additional complexity of Amontillado ageing and just a touch of sweetness. its intense, yet mellow, flavours make slightly chilled DRY DON a great partner to pates, smoked meats, quiche Lorraine and creamy cheeses. Alternatively, simply serve it chilled, on ice or Spritzz! it with a splash of soda.
