A Pale Yellow Green coloured wine showing grassy floral aromas with delicate gooseberry and fresh passion fruit. The delicate gooseberry flavours have a touch of peach in this well balanced wine exhibiting a medium body palate structure with good mouth feel and refreshing acidity. (12 x 75 cl)

Intense brick red scarlet coloured wine with a complex red berry and raspberry jam fruit nose with subtle cinnamon and vanilla flavours. On the Palate this red is showing full, rounded fruit flavours of raspberry, cherry, and ripe plum, balanced with caramel and vanilla oak characters. Winemakers Comments: Soft, balanced wine with subtle oak flavours integrated with the lifted raspberry and plum fruit flavours. The grapes were sourced from various irrigated and dry land vineyards, and picked at optimum flavour ripeness by machine during the cool of the night. Grapes were fermented for a period of 7 days at moderate temperatures and were then pressed through tank presses and then clarified and seeded with malolactic bacteria. After this fermentation the wine was then centrifuged, blended and matured on oak prior to bottling. (12 x 75 cl)

A full bodied style with fine citrus lemon lime fruit, a light buttery malolactic influence and a delicate cinnamon oak lift. Six months in new charred French Oak has added complexity and structure. (6 x 75 cl)

Colour: Dense Purple Nose: Shiraz fruit dominates the nose with nuances of cassis and blackberry. Some toasty oak is also apparent.. Palate: A full bodied fleshy palate structure showing peppery Shiraz and blackcurrant flavours. The wine has a soft tannin structure with warm alcohol finish and good persistence. (12 x 75 cl)

Merlot grapes from a long, cool growing season were harvested at optimum sugar and acid balance, resulting in the wine being full and soft in structure. Ideal for current consumption or short to medium term cellaring. (12 x 75 cl)
