Marques de Vitoria RESERVA Rioja Alavesia from Spain, Rioja, Rioja Alavesa by Marques de Vitoria Powerful Reds (6 x 75 cl)

This wine is 100% Tempranillo grown from grapes in the Rioja Alavesa region. An intense pink coloured wine it has a reddish rim and a lively bouquet that is both powerful and fruity with notes of overripe raspberries and strawberries. This wine has a smooth attack on the palate it is also well balanced and powerful with fruity notes on the finish. (12 x 75 cl)

This white Rioja is made exclusively from Viura grapes grown in the Rioja Alavesa region. The wine is a clear, bright straw yellow colour with a yellow-green rim as well as a clean, fruity nose that has hints of elegant herbs and fresh hay. The palate is dry, light and pleasant with moderate acidity while the Viura grapes personality comes through. (12 x 75 cl)

This red wine has an intense dark cherry colour. It has a bouquet of ripe fruits combined with oak, spices and toasted notes. The palate is potent and the finish is long and balanced. (6 x 75 cl)

Established in 1970 by Henri Fornier and located at Cenicero in Rioja Alta, this is a forward thinking Bodegas that sources its whole production of grapes from local well known vineyards. Not owning any vineyards has allowed the Bodegas to concentrate wholely on the wines and have hired oenologist Michel Rolland as a consultant. Available in a 3 Litre bottle. (1 x 3 Litres)

Bright, vivid ruby red coloured wine with red fruit aromas on the nose give way to subtle notes of vanilla that soften the wines vibrant fruit. Deliciously fresh in the mouth with lush fruit and a very pleasant fullness that is highlightened by nicely ripened tannins and great finish. (24 x 37.5 cl)
