This red is a blend of Merlot 90%, Malbec 8% and Cabernet Franc 2% and is showing ripe plum and chocolate/mocha intensity on the nose. The fruity berry flavours are enhanced by the touch of Malbec in the blend. The French oaking supports the structure of the wine adding further spicy flavours. This Sauvignon Blanc shows an elegant combination of citrus and tropical profile, while the low alcohol makes the wine consumer friendly and a small portion of Semillon contributes to the mid palate weight with a firm acidity adding to a crisp freshness. (12 x 75 cl)
