Showing a deep purple colour with hints of mauve it has a unique bouquet of small fruits of the forest with charming touches of vanilla and a velvety texture, this wine seals in the covetable, high-quality tartness of the tannin's from the selected grapes of Mt. Meliton. An enduring VDQS red wine from the Slopes of Mt. Meliton it is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and the ruby-red Limnio varieties, aged for 12 months in brand new oak barrels in the Domaine's air-conditioned cellar.
