Meliton. An enduring VDQS red wine from the Slopes of Mt. Meliton it is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and the ruby-red Limnio varieties, aged for 12 months in brand new oak barrels in the Domaine's air-conditioned cellar.
