Pale pink-salmon colour, this wine is clean, fresh and shows soft berry fruits with a good length. Ideal as an aperitif.

Chateau Cavalier is a 130 hectare property situated in the heart of the Cotes de Provence. Made in a modern style in stainless steel, temperature controlled fermentation tanks, the wine is predominantly Grenache, with a small proportion of Cinsaut and Syrah. This is a classic Provence style wine, contact with the skins during fermentation is kept to a minimum in order to release a light blush of colour but minimise tannin extraction. After this short maceration the still fermenting juice is run off the skins into stainless steel tanks, fermented to dryness and then filtered and bottled without any contact with oak. This is a blend of 90% Grenache, 5% Syrah and 5% Cinsault with a uplifted and fruity nose showing red fruits and crushed raspberries. The palate is elegant with redcurrant and strawberry fruit, refreshing acidity and a dry finish. (6 x 75 cl)

This rose is old-fashioned delicate pink wine made from Cinsault and Grenache. Delightful pearly-pink translucent wine yielding all the perfumes of Provence. Aromas of orange flowers, bergamot, lilacs, wild rose, geraniums and jasmine, medium-bodied palate with spicy cherry fruit on the finish. (12 x 75 cl)

The 25 hectare estate, owned by the Duffort family, is located in the communes of Cuers and Puget-Ville just north-east of Toulon and was formerly a convent. Salmon pink colour, very aromatic and elegant with dominant fruit flavour of white peaches. Quite full in the mouth without being obviously fruity, aromatic and fresh with subtle acidity and crispness. (6 x 75 cl)

Chateau de Roquefort is a small 25 hectare vineyard in the heart of Provence to the east of Marseille owned by the de Villeneuve family since 1812 and now run by Raimond de Villeneuve according to the principles of biodynamic farming. A great organic blend of Grenache , Syrah , Cinsault , Carignan and Clairette is cool macerated and the free run juice cool fermented to produce this beautiful, coral pink rose. This perfect summer wine has delicate floral aromas, flavours of ripe redcurrants and wild strawberries and a dry, elegant finish. (12 x 75 cl)
