A blend of different parcels from the commune of Morogues gives a fine balance of grape variety and terroir. This wine is given a long fermentation of 1 to 2 months and kept on the lees resulting in a wine full of extract with evident 'terroi' character. A rich style of sauvignon blanc which will continue to improve in the bottle. (12 x 75 cl)

From a single vineyard site, this lovely, complex wine is partially aged in oak. While delicious when young, it gains richness and secondary tropical flavours with age. Clos des Blanchais, from 40-year-old vines, has an astonishingly pure mineral nose , grape-pith and crystallised lemon on the palate, beautiful persistence and a rapier thrust of acidity. (6 x 75 cl)

From vineyards adjacent to Sancerre. Delicious crisp, grassy-dry white with complexity and pineapple flavours, but well-balanced due to good freshness and a wonderful ripeness in the grapes. Sublime and magnificent. (12 x 75 cl)
This red from the commune of Morogues is made from Pinot Noir and has a clear garnet colour, not much darker than a dark rose. It shows rather vegetal green-tomato aromas over vinous red fruit at first, and hits the palate with a lean and herbal first impression; but a little time in the glass sees the nose add pleasant spicy notes of cinnamon and cloves, and the flavour develops full, almost plush red fruit with plenty of lemony acidity to give it structure.
