Fiveteen hectares of excellent plots of gravel soil are given over to producing red wines. The varieties planted are 50% Merlot, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc. The vines are on average 25 years old and the grapes are picked by hand once they have reached full maturity. The result of great care from the vineyard to the winery is a deep red coloured wine with a black forrest fruit bouquet that develops onto the palate through to the enjoyable finish.
