This wine has a rich, luxurious, modern style, continuing the trend towards greater elegance from Fronsac producers. It has a lovely dark cherry aroma and flavour while good density and fine tannic structure deliver through the long finish. The Dalem Vineyard was founded in 1610 by Crabit family and soon became reputed among the and other wines in the region. The vineyard has grown over the centuries. It is oriented to the south and south-west and benefits from a maximum of sunshine. Being up on the hills, the wines are protected from frosts. (6 x 75 cl)
