80% Garnacha, 20% Syrah from 25 year old vines. The grapes were handharvested at low yields of two tons per acre to focus on quality. Brambly, wild berry aromas with spice and pepper traces. On the palate, it has a juicy, sweet character to the fruit, echoing the aromas. (12 x 75 cl)

60% Garnacha, 40% Tempranillo, selected grapes from 40 year old vines, aged 14 months in American barrels, 12 months in bottle. Deep ruby red colour, fine aromas of red fruit on the nose with toasty notes. On the palate a harmonious combination of mature rich red fruit with spicy, balsamic tones and smoky oak flavours provide a wine of intensity and complexity with well integrated soft tannins and a lingering, satisfying finish. Bodegas Aragonesas COTO DE HAYAS Crianza Campo de Borja DO
This wine is a blend of 60% Garnacha and 40% Tempranillo grapes from vines more than 30 years old and 20 years old . Harbest takes place from the second week in September. Traditional wine making, fermented at 28ºC followed by a maceration for 15 days, the wine then ages for 9 months in American oak casks, completing its ageing in bottle for at least a further 12 months. Ruby red colour of medium intensity with violet tones, clean and bright. Medium intensity, complex aromas of ripe fruit and spices. The palate is smooth, full tasting and harmonic from the tannins in the oak, with a pleasing complexity that lingers on. (12 x 75 cl)
