This wine is a blend of 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Here the grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled, stainless steel tanks and the wine is then aged in 100% new oak barrels for 18 months. Finally, Monbousquet is bottled unfined and unfiltered.
