Showing morello cherries and spice, with all the wonderful digestibility of wines from this region this red has a proportion of Tannat that is very high for this appellation. (6 x 75 cl)

Irouleguy is in the heart of the Basque country and this white is made from Gros and Petit Manseng and Courbu. Tense with acidity this wine is displaying a fine citrus character, with wild flowers, gunflint and crystallised lemons. (6 x 75 cl)

Deep and intense red color. Bouquet : rich and complex, with a touch of oak, ripe cherries, blackcurrant and spices. Palate : concentrated, full and pleasant, powerful, with fine and smooth tannins. Parcel selection : grapes are selected from the best sites of our Saint Joseph vineyard, on terraces, and from old Syrah vines. Second and uncompromising selection in the cellar to determine the final ?Esprit de Granit?. All grapes are destemmed. After a long maceration , the juice is run off directly into oak barrels for 14 months. (6 x 75 cl)
