A deliciously poised Cabernet Sauvignon dominated blend with fine blackcurrant fruit, chalky tannins and a fine mineral finish. Domaine de Rimauresque Cru Classe is a highly-reputed estate, situated on the Cotes du Provence. The estate encompasses 46 hectares of prime vineyards with an average vine age of 40 years . Situated on the harsh mineral soils at the foothills of the Maures Massif, the vines are protected by the sheltering effects of the mountain from the harsh Mediterranean sun. This allows a longer ripening period and better fruit development. Replacement planting is now ensuring an increased vine density of up to 5,000 vines per hectare in an ongoing drive to improve quality. The estate owned by the Wemyss family (6 x 75 cl)

A pretty, pale pink Rose with very delicate floral aromas and an elegant, refined palate showing gentle, candied red fruits. Fantastic as an aperitif or very nice with lobster and grilled fish. Additionally the red is both weighty, yet elegant with a tight, firm structure and real terroir character, produced from Cabernet Sauvignon with a slug of Carignan and Syrah for warmth and opulence and just a hint of Mourvedre for spice and perfume. A fruity dry styled pale pink coloured Rose it is produced from 25 year old vines. A blend of hand picked Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvedre and Syrah grapes it has refined complexity that displays a pleasent fruitiness with finely tempered ripeness.

Organic. A delicate rose from a top estate. Its lovely salmon-pink colour is achieved by the red grapes being macerated for a short time, before the juice is allowed to ferment. (12 x 75 cl)

Domaine Ott acquired Chateau de Selle in 1912 and today it is an estate over 110 hectares, including 48 devoted to wine production. Located on the plateaux of the Var, not far from Le Luc, in the heart of Cotes de Provence country, it is making wine that is a great reflection of the terrior. As early as 1930, the 'Coeur de Grain' rose made its way over to the UK. A delicious blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache and Cinsault this is a lovely pale rose coloured wine that is both vegetal, fruity and spicy showing apricot and grapefruit aromas. A fine and delicate structure compliments the lengthy finish showing liquorice, pink grapefruit and aniseed. (6 x 75 cl)
