Description:
At is peak of maturity now, this wine has supple, subtle violet and strawberry fruit overlaid with hints of spice and chocolate. Delicate, mature palate with lifted fruit and well integrated oak. Subtle, complex and delightful.
Such was his expansion during the 1990s that Vincent Girardin has built, and now occupied, a fantastic new 'state of the art' winery in Meursault. This vast, fully automated and temperature controlled installation underlines the drive and ambition of the man. (12 x 75 cl)

Grand Cru made from Pinot Noir, after ageing 16 months in oak this wine is a light ruby colour with purple highlights. The first nose is quite discreet, fine and distinguished while there are subtle notes of vanilla and cinnamon. After aeration, the terroir appears thanks to floral notes and a hint of mint. The attack is full, the mouth feel rich, balanced with gracious tannins that surround a body both fine and concentrated. Unbelievable length. (12 x 75 cl)
