A traditional McLaren Vale Shiraz with rich,warm chocolate flavours and blackberry overtones,superbly integrated with American and French oak. Fermentation was carried out in small open vats,with berries being gently pressed in our traditional basket presses to ensure that rich full flavours are maintained with a fine tannin texture (6 x 75 cl)

The McLaren Vale region offers a magnificent microclimate for producing premium Chardonnay fruit. This full bodied Chardonnay has undergone 100 per cent barrel fermentation in one year old American oak. Following fermentation the wine was wood matured and a portion of the blend went through malolactic fermentation. The wine displays rich fruit flavours with citrus lime fruit as well as nutty barrel ferment and vanillan oak characters. (6 x 75 cl)
