This wine comes from Plots of vines planted exclusively on the land of the Hautes Garrigues and is a blend of Grenache Vieilles Vignes 80%, Mourvèdre 15%, Syrah 3% and Cinsault 2%. The fruit is selected late in the season and harvesting is done by hand with a strict selection process. Next, the wine ages in casks for 2 years and here tuns and new casks are used finally being bottled without filtration. (12 x 75 cl)

This wine comes from plots of vines planted exclusively on the Gigondas Commune, in 6 differently named regions and is a blend dominated by Grenache 80% as well as Mourvèdre 10%, Syrah 5% and Cinsault 5%. In the vineyard harvesting is undertaken by hand with a strict selection process and once in the winery the whole harvest ferments for 64 days . The wine is aged on wood for 12 months: in tuns and casks, then in smaller casks for 3 months and finally it is bottled without filtration. (12 x 75 cl)
